3. WhatsApp Communication
When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number and message contents are visible to authorised lab staff. We use WhatsApp Business solely for test enquiries, appointment coordination, and report delivery. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and is governed by their own privacy terms.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your data. We share medical information only with: (a) you, (b) the referring doctor named on your test request, and (c) authorities when required by law (e.g. notifiable disease reporting).
5. Data Security & Retention
Reports and records are stored in secure physical and/or digital form. We retain medical records for the period required under applicable Indian healthcare law and dispose of them securely thereafter.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your test report, ask us to correct your contact details, or ask us to delete personal data we are not legally required to retain. Contact us using the details below.
7. Children
Tests for children under 18 are conducted only with parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect online data from minors via this website.
